蝴蝶兰蛋糕 orchid cake

本来做这个蛋糕只为训练自己蛋糕拉线和蕾丝的技术, 却误打误撞遇上卡雷弟弟的生日, 就借花献佛送上给大家吃! 蛋糕总共花了一星期的时间: 从烤蛋糕, 做花, 蕾丝, 盖蛋糕以及拉线, 从里到外每一样都是手工完成的, 也可以称之为自己的一项”艺术品”. 详细的制作过程, 点击题目就可看到!
最近一直帖蛋糕的图片, 希望大家不要介意! :)

In order to train myself some decoration skills of wedding cakes, i made this cake. i spend almost one week to prepare all settings, including: baking, fondant, butter icing, royal icing, flowers and leaves, lace and lines. everything on the cake is homemade :) it’s not easy but i like it and enjoy making it!     嘻嘻~~~~是啊~~~刚开始学习是有点慢, 以后慢慢的进步拉!
    不过这种纯手工的蛋糕的确很花心思, 一般在外国都是卖上千元一个!

    我估计你不会爱吃的, 特别甜, 我就吃不进去~~~
    中国人还是喜欢吃海绵蛋糕, 软软的, 也不会吃胖 :)
