终于把”美食堂”搬上架啦! 本来这种厨房内务事, 是不应该显摆的! 出国以后, 自己操刀动手的机会多了, 对于饮食文化也不免重视起来, 特别对于中国的菜肴更是怀念有加!
从前在父母的细心呵护下, 连一只鸡都没做过, 现在野菜菌子, 山珍海味, 鸡鸭鱼鹅, 中美瑞泰日墨阿(中国, 美国, 瑞典, 泰国, 日本, 墨西哥, 阿拉伯等菜式)~~哈哈~~样样通! 借博客之名, 我会陆续上传一些比较中意的食谱和图片, 希望那些还依赖父母的, 不会做的, 懒人型的快快动刀吧!!!
第一天开张, 先送大家一碗以前做过的干巴蛋炒面!(老照片哦)

做法(请看图片):
材料: 腌制风干后的牛干巴一大块, 皱皮辣椒5个, 鸡蛋2个, 热水滚过的细面2碗, 植物油
调料: 干辣椒6个(自酬), 姜, 蒜, 盐, 酱油, 老干妈辣酱
做法: 1 干巴切片, 皱皮辣椒切小块, 鸡蛋打散备用;
2 把鸡蛋倒入锅中的热油, 翻炒, 直至熟透起锅;
3 另备热油暴香姜蒜末干椒和老干妈辣酱. 加入干巴, 再放入之前用热水滚过的细面, 最后加入鸡蛋和剩余的调料, 快速翻炒, 起锅!
流云注: 整个过程油锅一定要热哦, 这样吃起来才会很香!
盐提议最后放, 这样不会破坏较多的维生素
鸡蛋打散时, 可以放一点点盐提味哦!

Hot food - depends on. I like it if there is still some taste of the original food. I had once a hard time in Korea where the typically read things (Kimchi…) were too hot for me but never hat problems with India food, at least here in Germany. Chinese food is typically not hot here. Your dish and beer could match well IMO

It’s a pity that you only have not hot “Chinese food” in Germany! I think that’s more like “German Chinese food”, just like we have “rice hamburger “in China!

We have really a lot of Chinese restaurants here. One very successful restaurant here in Backnang is owned by a family which never runs out of children, and this for the last 20 years. The grow up, help from about 16 until they get married. Then they move out and work in another Chinese restaurant. A small city like ours can have about 3 to more than five restaurants, some close and others open from time to time.
Eating Chinese is rather affordable here (and this is very good for young families and young people). They conquer here with the Italian reastaurants (Pizzas) and also Greek restaurants. I haven’t seen a gourmet Chinese restaurant yet in Germany.
So Cinese food is tasty but there is almost no variation of taste and food. You can get the same taste and dishes allover here. I was invited to some very expensive Chinese restaurants in Japan. The dishes were extraordinay, of course, but probably also adopted to the Japanese taste. With so many Chinese living I assume there are a lot of different kitchen styles in China, also.
My younger daughter is a very big fan of Peking soup. If there is a buffet she eats about 5 or so

I had to come to Gothenburg to get first time a taste of Chinese hot food. It happened that Linn cooked for me and then fed me with fried noodles, and warned me not to eat the hot Chillies together. It was a mix of rice and wheat? noodles, no eggs and beef but some sour chicken bones this time. It was sooo tasty, a little hot and what should I say? - Linn is really a very good cook and Carl such a happy man with an universally talented GF
