本来想过一个平平静静的24岁生日，之前千交代万嘱咐卡雷不能搞巨型party，我们两个出去吃顿饭就好！最终还是被他这个“阴谋策划人”弄得风风火火，天翻地覆，乱七八糟~~ 心里其实是开心的！谢谢他这样精心的为我准备一切，也谢谢卡雷家人的支持和关爱，更谢谢远方亲人和朋友的生日祝福歌！以下的是生日当天的报告和录象：
I wanted to celebrate my birthday in a simple, quite way together with Carl. I told Carl this. He decided to do something completely different. I’m very happy about how the day turned out, this is what happened:
上午：
7：00 睡梦中被一段歌声惊醒“如里生里快乐~~~如里生里快乐~~~” 卡雷，他父母和兄弟姐妹挤到我的小卧室里，手里端着生日礼物和插着蜡烛的早餐，为我送上这首特别的生日歌！
Woke up by Carl’s family singing Chinese birthday song. (at least trying to) 
and they gave me birthday gifts and really nice breakfast.
9：00集合了总共十个人出发到Gökboet可以大致翻译为“搏击娱乐运动场”！我们总共参与了5个项目：象仆比赛，投篮，斗牛，互斗（用大锤把对方赶下台），冲刺（在有拉绳的情况下，跑出最远的距离固定好目标）！请点击下面的实况转播！（录影：卡雷和我；剪辑：卡雷）

12：00左右，活动以卡雷队（包括：卡雷，弟弟Sven，妹夫Emil，妹妹Karlin，弟弟Samuel）胜，我队（我，卡爸爸Lars，卡妈妈Elisabeth，妹妹Kerstin，弟弟Josef）输而告终！之后是沐浴和桑拿！下午：
14：00全家人在馆子里吃批萨。
All of us ate Pizza together.
15：00左右，在妹妹Karlin家聊天和享受甜点。我趁此机会给爸爸妈妈和小何打了电话！
Went to Carl’s sister’s home. We had coffee and cakes.
16：00回到家中休息一个小时。

18：00卡雷和我带着啤酒和买好的鸡与牛肉来到小刚与玛利亚家。小刚为我们做了一顿丰盛的中国餐！（很少有机会享受别人为我做中餐耶）我们听着中国的音乐，一直喝酒到很晚~~~
We went to friends home and our friend Xiao Gang cocked wonderful Chinese food for us together with his wife Maria Ådahl. We had some beer too.
