这个蛋糕是我做过的所有蛋糕中最好吃的一个! 蛋糕加巧克力暮斯, 橘子为馅.  椰子粉和黑白巧克力做装饰. 蛋糕围边是白巧克力(失败了好几次, 烂费了很多的巧克力, 总觉得不是很理想), 两只小猫和其他的装饰也是用巧克力做的哦! 虽然效果没达到预期的程度, 但还算基本满意, 希望你们喜欢!</p>
<p>The cake is for Carl&#8217;s elder sister &#8212; Elsa&#8217;s birthday!<br />
I think it&#8217;s the most tasty cake that i have ever done. I used white and dark chocolates to decorate the cake instead of fandont. Everything you see on the cake including cat, white fence, heart are made by chocolates. It&#8217;s a new way for me, and actually I failed many times to make the fence nice and still not satisfied. I hope that i can do it better next time. Please enjoy!</p>

		<description><![CDATA[这是我第一个被订的蛋糕，看着自己的成果被人肯定，真的好开心啊! 这个蛋糕是我在登山前通宵赶做的(由于匆忙, 今天才把照片发上来)，由于接到电话已经是晚上7点了，对方要求第二天早上7点来取。在这么短的时间内做一个蛋糕，我还真是没有信心！不过狠心想想，第一个蛋糕耶！于是便咬咬牙答应了。 对方的工作是专门清除公路上的事故车，坏车和障碍物，因此他希望我能做一个代表他们特色的蛋糕！我左思右想，稿纸都画了十多张了，最后决定先用翻糖做一辆他们的清障车再说！蛋糕的整个设计都是自己蒙出来的，由于时间太紧，也没有参照的机会。清障车的模样是我根据网上（他们的网址）的实际图片做的！铁链是我最喜欢的部分。本来要做灰色，由于太累，又想铁链在阳光下会发蓝光，所以做了蓝色！其他的小东东（轮胎，螺丝，石头，沙路等等）是边做边加的，正前方还有他们的logo! 做完之后看了一下， 自己觉得设计还不错！这种造型蛋糕真的很有意思，比做花的构想空间大，真希望以后能有机会多做几次!(观看更多图片, 请点击标题) Before trip to Norway, i got a phone call from a friend and he wanted to order a  fondant cake for next day&#8217;s party! <p>Before trip to Norway, i got a phone call from a friend and he wanted to order a  fondant cake for next day&#8217;s party! My first customer asked for a special cake which he could see his company&#8217;s logo inside! In Sweden, his job is to move away the trash or broken cars on traffic roads, somthing like that. That&#8217;s why i designed this cake. I made a figure from his truck according to the picture on their website, and then, add other small details gruadually. I love this cake even more than my other flower cakes. It gives me more free space to think and create!</p>

It&#8217;s not easy to make calla lily because of it&#8217;s big petals. <p><strong>序 －－蛋糕粉饰第一篇　The first part of cake decoration</strong></p>
<p>本以为“满汉小席”要赶在蛋糕装饰之前开张的。可是由于生活学习的忙碌，外加准备卡雷5月11日的生日蛋糕，以及Sven的结婚蛋糕。竟匆匆忙忙的让“蛋糕粉饰”这个新添的栏目登场了！<br />
蛋糕装饰对我来说就象一个童年的梦想。小时候每当路过蛋糕店，总不免要停注一刻，观看橱窗里五颜六色，琳琅满目的生日蛋糕。那粉红的玫瑰，青绿的叶子，彩 意的蝴蝶，小巧的动物以及玲珑可爱的字母，不断冲击着我爱幻想的心灵，于是时时期盼生日的到来，就能得到一个漂亮的生日蛋糕！<br />
岁月飞逝，出国悠悠一年。 对中国饮食文化高度的兴趣与期盼，不免激发儿时对蛋糕的设想。为什么不自己动手做呢？名查暗访了无数网站，竟发现蛋糕的制作与装饰并不亚于中国的饮食学 问。蛋糕装饰更是一门艺术的体现。注入了制作者的爱，品位，热情，期待与梦想！此时我所说的蛋糕装饰已不再只是国内简单的鲜奶油装点，而是以 fondant（翻糖），gum paste为主的制作。Fondant与gum paste有较好的延展性，对模仿对象的情态与细节有完美的体现。记得第一次看到gum paste的糖花，还以为是真花叉在蛋糕上 <img src='http://www.tnirp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  对这种艺术不免喜上加欢，蠢蠢欲动！<br />
可惜本人的工具不算很齐全。添购了一套雕刻用的美工刀，塑料工刀，花蕊，花干，可食用珍珠与颜色（colour paste）{至于其他的普通蛋糕工具卡雷家都有！在国内很难买到普通的蛋糕工具，更别说雕刻蛋糕的工刀了} 蛋糕装饰工具远不止这些。压花模，叶模，花纹模，叶脉模，蛋糕盘，定型模，色粉，珍珠粉，光泽粉，分隔盘等等。以后荷包鼓起来，就可以添置了！此次碰上卡 雷的生日，借机会展示一下自己的技术。不过在此之前还需要多加练习，于是就做了下面的糖花。这些花都是由翻糖做的, 翻糖做花并不容易, 翻糖的延展性不如gum paste好, 做出的花也不容易定型. 由于还没购买到gum paste的材料, 只能硬着头皮做啦! 以下糖花是可以吃的哦!</p>

<p><strong>翻糖制作：(译自Wilton)</strong></p>
<p>材料：1茶匙（30克）吉利丁（做果冻用的材料）<br />
冷水1/4杯（小茶杯哦，比喝白酒用的杯大一点点）<br />
玉米糖浆1/2杯<br />
1茶匙甘油<br />
2茶匙植物黄油<br />
900克糖粉（一定要用糖粉）</p>
<p>做法：1 吉利丁加水搅匀静置片刻 ，放入微波炉30秒或隔水加热溶解。加入玉米糖浆和甘油搅匀。黄油温室软化并混入，搅拌至完全溶解。让混合物冷却。<br />
2 把部分糖粉放入一个大的搅拌盆中，做一个环转留出中心。倒入一点冷却的混合物与糖粉混合搅拌，再加入部分糖粉，混合物~直至变成面团，拿出不断揉和至光滑不粘手。<br />
3 做好的翻糖可直接使用或用保鲜膜密封（最好用双层），放在储藏室冷藏，不要放入冰箱。使用前再揉搓！</p>
<p><strong>糖花制作:</strong></p>
<p>1 取一部分翻糖, 用牙签挑一点膏状的食用色素, 揉和, 慢慢上色(慢工出细活, 过急会破坏色彩与翻糖)<br />
2 根据自己选择的图片做出造型. 注意一般做花配有不同的压花模, 花纹模, 叶模, 叶脉模, 但由于我没有这些工具, 只能用一把小工刀雕刻自己的花型, 效果也不错哦! 叶子可以用真的叶片压出脉印.<br />
3 做好的花要注意冷藏.</p>
<p><strong>Fondant recipe:(from Wilton)</strong></p>
<p>1 Tablespoon unflavored gelatin<br />
1/4 cup cold water<br />
1/2 cup Glucose<br />
1 Tablespoon Glycerin<br />
2 Tablespoons solid vegetable shortening<br />
2 lbs. sifted confectioners&#8217; sugar<br />
Color and flavor as desired.</p>
<p>Combine gelatin and cold water; let stand until thick. Place gelatin mixture in top of double boiler and heat until dissolved. Add glucose and glycerin, mix well. Stir in shortening and just before completely melted, remove from heat, add flavoring and color. Mixture should cool until lukewarm. Next, place 1 lb. confectioners&#8217; sugar in a bowl and make a well. Pour the lukewarm gelatin mixture into the well and stir with a wooden spoon, mixing in sugar and adding more, a little at a time, until stickiness disappears. Knead in remaining sugar. Knead until the fondant is smooth, pliable and does not stick to your hands. If fondant is too soft, add more sugar; if too stiff, add water (a drop at a time). Use fondant immediately or store in airtight container in a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. When ready to use, bring to room temperature and knead again until soft. This recipe yields enough to cover a 10 x 4 in. high cake.</p>
<p><strong>Flower making process:</strong></p>
<p>1 Add icing color, a drop at a time and knead into icing until color is evenly blended.<br />
2 Make flowers and leaves by special cutters and veiners. Or you can use an art knife as well if you don&#8217;t have cutters. Pick up a real leaf arround your house and stamp your own vein on fondant.</p>
